This Report is a documentation of the processes involved in the SCEFI training and dialogue sessions, including the specific actions that were decided for the way forward. The initiative consisted of two separate training sessions on leadership for (1) traditional decisions makers such as the district chiefs of the seven districts in Rotuma and (2)  community leaders which included representatives from civil society, women and youth groups. These training sessions were followed by a joint dialogue session that brought together the two groups.
